Clergy reference book of the Poltava diocese for 1912, compiled in the consistory chancery from deans' returns. It contains address lists of deans, investigators and school inspectors, an alphabetical list of clergy and church wardens, and then, by district in alphabetical order (Hadiach, Zolotonosha, Zinkiv, Kobeliaky, etc.), numbered entries for every church: material and year built, school, clergy housing and salaries, land, parishioners by estate (privileged, townspeople, Cossacks, peasants), attached villages, distances, post office and the clergy by full name with church warden and supernumeraries. One of the fullest sources for Poltava clergy names before 1917.
