Annual schematism of the Orthodox (Greek-Oriental) Diocese of Bukovina for 1842, in German. It lists Bishop Eugen Hacman, the consistory, the monasteries of Putna, Suceviţa and Dragomirna with their monks, and the parishes by eight protopresbyterates (deaneries): patron, church, parish priest or administrator, number of souls, and the village (trivial) schools with their teachers. It ends with indexes of persons and of places; village names are in the contemporary German spelling.
